When I try to register a new account, I don't see a place to mention my date of birth.
Where do I add it ?

Looks like it was personal.
However, I tried to open 5 business accounts based in Israel with Luminati proxies (score 0 in ipqualityscore) and they all got suspended at the same date.

Why did that happen?

Don't do business with these Israeli IP shops, they're all shady.
