Hello, couple of questions?

I'll be buying the ebaystealth guide shortly but, in the meantime i have a few questions if that's OK?



I've been running two ebay & Paypal accounts for over 6 years on this PC and IP, which i know will be linked by ebay. but i'm planning to keep them in good order and I'm going to create a few stealth accounts just in case.
I've got new Bank, card, addresses details etc,, all sorted out for these new accounts.

So is it true all I need to do is create a new windows user account for each ebay and paypal account? i'm using vista.

and start using my Pay as you go mobile dongle for change of IP?

Would this be enough to stop them linking me?

Any help would be most welcome.
