Paypal Account Access Changing

Hi

Over last 2 days every one of my stealth paypal accounts has had an email stating, " Strong Customer Authentication is to be added.

Saying on every login i may be asked for a one time code sent to the phone number registered.

Most of these numbers would have expired by now but keeping a separate SIM card for each account looks what i need to do or is there a way round this?
