I have a problem now that my stealth account can continue to list new product
But why can't the buyer pay the item
Have you ever come across such a problem？

Do you have the correct currency opened in your PayPal? For example if selling on eBay UK, make sure you have GBP open and set to your primary currency.

I've had this happen before and that is what fixed it.

I have had problems paying with my CC when I made eBay purchases.
PP can be crap at times.

It's not just one buyer who can't pay the item in my shop
I checked my paypal AND ACC indicated that the VCC had expired
But I have already linked my bank card

I didnt set the primary currency in my acc
But It seems that I cannot link my bank card in paypal at present.

you can set your Paypal account to accept foreign currencies ,you have to name these currencies one by one and then state whether you want Paypal to convert to your primary currency

then your primary currency is GBP and you have to state you will accept US dollars and if you want Paypal to convert it to GBP,fees involved.

The point that i can't link my US citi bank card to my PayPal acc
PayPal remind me i hav issue in my resolution but there are not any case just vcc expire
Is it issue that i didn't set option about currency?

You're talking about 2 separate issues here. Your card has absolutely nothing to do with not being able to accept payments and you can ignore it for now.

Yes, if you haven't added the USD currency to your account, you will not be able to accept payments on the US eBay site.

And by the way, if you don't actually need a card on your account for sending payments of your own, your card having expired is nothing to worry about and you don't need to add a new one.

When I link my bank card, paypal informed me that my account was temporarily limited.
I need to upload photo of ID card
I need to re-register new account to link me Stealth ebay ACC?

Using a new pp with stealth eb can work for sometime - never know how long though but some ppl have had success for long time.

Your paypal being limited is likely why buyer can't pay

Are you a troll? I have no idea why you would post that. You're acting like this proves your point when all it does is prove my point: the limitation hadn't happened when he started the thread. So why are you acting like that could have been the cause of the issue before it even happened? It just comes across as a wise-ass post.

What I was indicating was that the pp might have been in the process of being limited - hence the issue the OP was having - he/she posted fairly shortly afterwards that the account had a limitation message on it

I would expect you to know that there is no "process"; you're either limited or not. So it's obviously not the cause of the problem, yet you made that "big brain" post, despite the most likely cause of the issue already being indicated several posts before yours.

OP is in Vietnam according to his flag but have a UK PAYPAL account,his primary currency should default to GBP.
He is selling on Ebay USA ,so he needs to add US$ in his profile and state if he wants Paypal to convert US$ into GBP or leave it as is.
He tried to add a CITIBANK card to his UK Paypal account but he cant.
Where is this Citibank card issued?is it a debit card and which Citibank issued this card,I assume it is a bank debit card,?
I know Citibank ha subsidiaries in SE Asian countries.like HK.
