Shall I provide Docs to eb or not
 

Recently one of my account got MC011 meaning eb asking for ID/address/invoices etc etc.

This account has been hit with Vero strikes atleast twice and been temporarely off for 3/7/10 days in past.

I am just wondering shall I put my time and money on it to provide them what they are asking or simply forget about it as account has had strikes in past and which are non removeable and will not be removed with passage of time either.

Account is about 18 months old and have about 200 positive feedback.

I have heard when you get MC011, eb already have made up their minds of firing you and banned you indefinitely.

What are you experiences/thought and advise please

With the track record the account has it will be very difficult to get it reinstated. And even if you do get it reinstated it will be scrutinized heavily.
Id go with a new account and start over. Maybe spread your activity across multiple accounts to lower the risk to any given account.

Shouldn't really be much of an issue if the products are genuine. I've supplied details in the past and was reinstated 7 days later. You could always start over but why waste a good account?

personally, i am always doing my best to solve mc011. It is solvable if you give them information they need
