I finally have a shot on my 2 year paypal held balance
 

so I've 1200 GBP balance stuck on a paypal account that they removed it's bank account from the paypal account so I'm unable to withdraw the money.

Few months ago "8 months ago most likely" I've tried to withdraw again but no luck as I've been trying to add the same bank it was linked but won't allow me, tried to add the UK Payoneer bank didn't also work.

Had a message again on August this year that my balance is available for withdrawal, I think this is the 3rd time I receive this message...

Tried again today to add the same bank accounts no luck, tried to add a VCC it worked "Didn't confirm it" but I saw the VCC was added but since I cannot withdraw into it so I thought I can add other card and withdraw to it...

Now the real question is there anyway I can make a card and link it to the UK paypal and withdraw into it? Specially where I live?

If you have a UK-based visa card it should work.

They cannot withdraw to any old visa card.

They will need a recognised bank account, preferably but not necessarily UK based or a debit card - the latter is usually attached to some form of bank account anyway.

Given the account is already under close scrutiny, I would say they need to provide the most robust of solutions which is a UK bank account. Expect ID requests to follow too.

revolut visas work perfectly for withdraw.
sometimes restricted accounts do not let you add a new card but only bank.
in that case make a Transferwise account they give GBP acc to any country. but do not withdraw more than 200 gbp per week on a new TW acc

Won't let me add Transferwise bank account.

But it let's me add a Visa btw

btw there was a card "VCC" In the account that's the only card i can withdraw to, tried to withdraw 1 GBP and that what happened...

if you have a bank account with a bank which is a member of VISA Europe,use its debit card to withdraw.

Tried that a Visa of bank N26 Debit card, after adding it, it doesn't show for the cards i can withdraw on,

Then I press on "Don't see your cards"

These can’t be used for transfers
Some banks and cards don’t accept transfers just yet.

I read here about another guy who was having the same problem and apparently he accessed it via the phone app and it let him add an account and withdraw. Maybe a glitch in the app or something

You need to open a UK bank account and use that Halifax is good and it works will mismatch names

the card was canceled long time ago.

If you have a revlut account or have a friend with revolut it would be the easiet

Sadly I don't have or can't create a revolut account since I'm not a UK Residence, will it be even good to withdraw from stealth account?

Also don't have a friend that does has a revolut account.

Edit : doesn't revolut not like mismatch name? like I cannot withdraw from my paypal stealth?
Or you mean withdraw on it's visa?
