Creating accounts

Hi, when you create an new PayPal account do you add a card as well as the bank or just the bank for withdrawals? Thanks in advance!

it all depends upon your intention of use

i personally just add a card first if everything goes well i mean some sales usually i add the bank when i am near to EU limit

there is no point to add bank straight away when you open paypal because if anything goes wrong you will burn your account a good vcc will do the job

Just like what USB posted. I only add my bank account when i see that paypal is already good to use or have a solid history of transactions.
When you add your bank right away, you never know that your paypal will be limited anytime soon. Then you are just burning your banks as you cannot use it with other paypal accounts (possible linkage in the future)

If you open an Italian account you don't need to add the bank

USB how are you withdrawing the funds received without a bank account? I use my accounts to sell and don’t trust leaving funds in the account

I usually dont withdraw my funds under 1k

if i really need the money than i do transfer from 1 pp to another as goods

this is just 1 time i never do it second time the second withdraw goes to bank


Warning
if you keep transferring the funds between accounts all will be limited as there will be a linkage between account i only do it 1 time and keep the record

I never suggest anyone to do transfer between accounts unless you know what you doing
