We need to confirm your bank account, debit or credit card?

Hi guys. I've been stuck on this for a few days.

Paypal have accepted proof of address and identity. VCC confirmed also. Limits are still in place however.

I've waited a few days since submitting ID and utility bill.

I've only got a few days to get this sorted.

Can I use a bank account not in the name of the account to sort this issue?
