eBay restricted, no email
 

my account has been restricted. all my listings are gone, i have not received any email or ebay message. It say only "no longer a registered user" when i click on my user.
i have had no cases, i only have late return almost 2%
it is a bit weird, has anybody experienced that ?
is anything that i should do before i call them ?

When accounts are NARU'd it's usually because they were doing something very bad. It's highly unlikely your account is recoverable.

i haven't done anything wrong with it, i barelly sold 2 items in last month, and i haven't used it for 2 months before that. both items were send tracked. i also have 100% positive feedback.
i sell the same items for one year, samsung ssd used.

it was supposed to go managed payment on 21st sept week, but nothing happened, maybe is related...

off topic, i have seen an user NARU with 2mils feedback, account since 2002, i noticed that when i was trying to give him feedback, he is back now

It was due to go on MP were the documents Stealth documents?

You wouldnt of all mine passed before the activation they would of manually checked ID ive had 10 the same .

They didnt on my 10 i noticed as had no sales! items were removed and no longer registered many others same issue.Why would they send message ! your gone they dont care.

You are not the only one. I had one account suspended yesterday that was enrolled for MP and no email. Today, 2 more suspended, both enrolled for MP and no email for them also. Not looking good!

Theres a few threads about people saying they've successfully switched to mp with Stealth using their legit details. I believe ebay will start purging users a while after they've signed up just like usual

That's like an amazon account deletion without warning.

OP i had my account suspended just like yours a couple of days ago and i too was about to be switched over to MP.

It will be MP related as others are now reporting this also.

hi, the same has happend to me, i registered for MP stealth docs and the account was today restricted no email no message.
contacted them and was told the account is restricted indefinitely for the safety of the ebay community and they cannot provide details as to why.
it is most definately related to MP as i sell toiletries and this cannot be the reason why

Same thing happened with me , my ebay suspended with no email and when I contacted ebay they say you are a risk to our community. Paypal also got limited and asking for supplier info and invoices and a strange question about ebay id if that is linked with me or not. I am still working on it to resolve the issues but not sure what will happen. My MP was about to start on 21st Sep but did not start and yesterday account suspended.
After reading all reply from users it looks like Ebay accepted the documents from everyone in the beginning but checked it thoroughly later before manage payment comes into action.

I have just had the same thing on one of my accounts. It was suppose to go over to MP on the 22nd of September but it didn't. Logged in this morning and all listing deleted, account suspended and no contact from Ebay. All stealth doc's uploaded for MP.......

Had one too. No email. Stealth docs uploaded and apparently accepted and waiting for the go live date. I can still access the account but it does say it's NARU'd. Shame as it was TRS too!

Each cancelled item says it is due to a policy breach. I assume it's to do with some further checking they are doing but can only think it is a credit check. I have a couple of legit accounts that have not even had the invite yet so can't check the credit report for any soft pull.

Were you invited to join Mp, or opted in yourself as you mention you sold 2 items in last month? As I thought they inviting and forcing the larger sellers on to it then deal with the small ones come 2021.

i hade one go last week 5 year old stelth account perfect standing in all ways all low priced item's all legit item's not a huge turnover prob 400 a month it was a buissness acc and submited docs for new payment all went ok then 3 month later ,listings all ended and not reg user no e-mail so i contacted them in chat they sent sent auo reply and it was no joy no appeal nothing ended chat and still no e-mails from them at all.

hi,no did not get that far ,did not give any bank info unless they get that from paypal not sure,,but my paypal is ok still up and running fine.

yes can confirm its due to start payments and bye bye account, no appeal allowed. Was one of the best ones as well :( Luckily my others survived the cull

my wife had an account on her maiden name. i submitted docs with her new name(we got married last year and she changed her surname), didn't work, then i fabricated the statement with her new surname and submitted, no issues with MP
so they know the accounts that are stealth and genuine

I have been thinking the same thing, have to create new ebay account, PP is fine. My plan is to make dormont my current PP account that was attached to my now banned ebay account. Make a new PP account and attached that to the new ebay account, I think linking new ebay with a PP account that was attached to a banned ebay account is risky

it wasn't banned, just went naru as probably failed MP docs
