Accounting program for UK Ebay seller
 

Hey hey.

Is there any popular accounting program for Ebay UK seller?

Which can make invoices from paypal printouts. Which can deduct fees from income.
In which i can add my own expenses (supplier payments).

I am sole trader. Not VAT payer.

If i enter all my sales for previous year (1000+) in excel spreadsheets one by another, i will become dead.

I can help you in this I have some excel templates that can extract all this information from a csv file which you can download from ebay for every 90 days. Tobe very honest with you I have a do some work manully but it takes hardly 40-50 mins to get a clear pictures of sale I normally do it every month to check how much I earned. How much per item I paid to supplier how much I paid for postage etc

Sadly it is too late for me to get all - csv file which you can download from ebay.
I have only data from paypal left.

Can you please share yours Excel templates. Thanks.

What you use if you need to create invoices? For example for goods you bought on boot sales.

its only possible for ebay cvs in my template. paypal maybe not possible I never tried if paypal make csv files then possible...

I always buy goods from china via alibaba and use these invoices

Paypal retains 7 years of history (for USA,dunno about UK) and you can download in different formats,try it

Yes. Thats true. UK is the same. There are TXT CSV PDF HTML formats as i remember

if CSV file then just open it in openoffice and it will ask you do you need to separate each columns with , select comma separated and you will have all the rows and columns then you can delete all unnecessary column
