Using suspended acc address
 

I had my genuine eb acc suspended, made some stealth account,
Can I buy from stealth acc and change the delivery address to same as it was in suspended acc.

Is it safe doing that?

The reason of doing is, I want to buy items from my stealth and deliver to my real address to build up the account history,

It would be risky as it would be a linking factor. Make sure you have strong set-up to avoid linkage.
Needless to say, yes you can do that.

Usually there is less scrutiny on the buyer account vs sellers.

Hope your items will not be high risk

In my 8 years in keeping stealth I have never had my banned real address on my stealth account, I think its abit risky, Unless I have nothing to lose or dont have any other choice, I would not include a banned address on a stealth ebay . What I do is filter the results to sellers that include Argos click and collect. And collect at my local argos.

Experiment and come back and report your findings.

I have used my suspended address and same IP's across multiple stealths. But because everything else is different it's not a solid 100% guaranteed link. And I think that's all there is to it. If you are not being reported for doing things against ebay policy they have no reason to ban you. But if you are being flagged and all the links are there as well ... say bye bye to the account.

What if click and collect is not available on that item, and I ask seller before buying if he is willing to send item on different address, and he is agreed, then I provide the address on ebay message,

Is the seller going to built in my address in ebay system somewhere, that way linkage factor kicks in,

Is it even safe to give address on ebay message specially when eb has started filtering eb message text box,

And I have heared, sharing name, email, post address, ph are prohibited on ebay message.

to get seller protection,most sellers would only ship to the address in the Paypal payment notice,if that address is not the one you want to use,you can add another shipping address in your Paypal account and use it to buy,no need to ask the seller

ebay does not like fee avoidance,so using Ebay messaging to deal outside Ebay will cause the seller to be punished like Ebay wil hide his listings X number of days.

Sorry, do you mean not to login to eb, but just buy as guest and pay through pp,
OR
You mean to say login eb and buy item but then where and how to change address in pp, I assume sellers pick up address from eb not pp, please explain properly

How to go round this then please, I am selling digital items and I require email address to activate the item on, so how to get the customer email address if not on eb message, any further help plz,

I dont get it if you just want to build up history why don't you just buy e books, they are cheap and ebay will think they are sent to your stealth address but instead will be sent to your email. Not only will this build up your history there won't be any link to your old account.
