There are online sellers who have no bank accounts,some do but collect government checks,and state governments do check to see if recipients have extra income .
What they can do is to get a Paypal prepaid debit card which cost $4.95 a month,link it to their Paypal account and move money back and forth,
but to get such a card,you must give Paypal your SSN and DOB and a physical address.
This is for US only,not sure if this card is offered in other countries,probably not
A paypal business debit card which is free ,if you use it to buy,you get cash rebate of 1%,you can even go to ATM and withdraw cash from your PAYPAL account,it works in USA,not sure about UK.
Or use it to buy something which can be easily turn back into cash,like gold coins ,sell it to local dealer/
but if your Paypal account is stealth,it would not work
Buy gold and sell it to local gold dealer,buy a gift card and offer to pay for your friend while shopping together and ask them to give you cash,buy a restaurant gift card,take a friend to lunch and ask them to reimburse you for their share of the lunch tab |
