Transferwise UK
 

Hi,

I can't link this (borderless account) to PayPal UK as a bank account. Any idea or anyone is succeeded on this?

But I can say, usually if you get the "we can't add... right now..." just leave the account for few days and try again. PayPal AFS might have seen some unusual behavior in your recent activities.

try again in 2 weeks or try to call them and speak with the bot. sometimes it can add the account

I'm calling the call center UK, but after they verify me with the phone number as well, conversations ends with "we can't support your inquiry at this time". I see they are overloaded. So i sent the message from Help Center, still waiting.

I read posts about withdrawing by Transferwise (sending money from PP to the inked Transferwise) is not a proper way. Posts say Transferwise blocks the money. Is that true?

Paypal has been causing problems in these banks for a long time. He doesn't really like these online banks. You can add it manually. But this does not mean that every step will be problematic. Even if you add Paypal and pull it, you may have trouble shooting from transferwise.

I could add it after i got in touch with call center. This is supported.
