5 year old stealth account closed dow.
 

Had a 5 year old stealth Ebay account shut down on me the other week, no warnings or limitations ever on it and running above standard. All i got was an email saying it was now closed and the stealth username and address banned from opening another, no appeal nothing.

As its stealth im not fussed but my question is regarding the Paypal account, will this be toast too? It seems to be operation as normal with no problems although i have removed the cash float i keep in there just in case.

Could i let it sleep for a bit, change usernames and addresses, then try to link it to new stealth ebay, i assume this would link me to the now defunct account?

If i close down this stealth paypal could i still use the bank account to open up a new stealth paypal and then link to a new stealth ebay or could i be linked by this bank account?

Read the stealth guide, available on the forum, the PP account is still good to use with new fresh ebay account

Bought and read it years ago with all working fine.
Glad i can salvage the Paypal account so will do this.

Paypal never remove any account,ifyou want to link the same bank account to another Paypal account,you would need to remove it first from the first account.
You can only do this 3 times for that bank account

There are a lot of experience of making a new eb for old pp and vice versa - problem is that the risk of closure always exists so it's not a 100% certainty of how long this operation could last

Decided i am going to start fresh with a new stealth ebay and Paypal.

Going to close the Paypal account down too as more concerned with saving the bank account from not being barred.

In my opinion no account is 100% certain anymore. Do what you have to do to get back to selling and always keep backups. It's the only way.

Even people that have never been banned before will suddenly be in for a surprise one day.

Even if I wasn't banned I would want to learn stealth methods. It's re-assurance that your business won't just be switched off by ebay.
