UK ISP - Do they all have same reach?

I recently got BT hub and all the reassigned IP's after rebooting come from same 5 mile radius - I am from small town with very few people that could share that iP location. Is this case with all UK dynamic ISP or are some similar in mobile networks when it comes to providing reach?

Other mobile networks would provide other IP it would seem

How did you determine the IP you are given is exclusive to your area?
Of course they'll appear to be within a 5 mile radius if you're using an online checker.
Anyway, BT do not allocate IP's with any kind of geographical accuracy, nor do ebay/paypal care or check. You're safe to use any IP they provide.
