Yeah, I'd love it, honestly. I don't have a problem with cases or returns on my accounts. I was trying to message the seller before buying anything from them, and that's when I was blocked from doing so. I was able to get a message through by going to their profile instead of their listing so it's not like they have messaging shut down completely on their account. It seems like eBay is allowing them to limit messages from prospective buyers.
Since managed payments started rolling out, eBay has taken all the teeth which used to allow buyers to take advantage of sellers out of the platform. You're no longer able to demand partial refunds through a return request - you can only send the entire order back for a full refund. The page to open "item not received" requests is so buried most people won't be able to find it. You flat-out can't leave negative feedback for certain orders and the "detailed star rating" system has been trashed.
At least eBay is finally starting to favor sellers a little bit now that they're handling all of the money. :noidea: |
