MC011 Changing details before uploading docs
 

I have a stealth that started off really well, 450 sales, 100% positive feedback and soon to be top rated seller, I think 1 return case but was refunded immediately

I've been hit with a MC011, requesting proof of ID, Address and invoice for items sold. No problem I can provide excellent docs needed.

Now my dilemma is, the account is due to sign up for MP on 18th January and before this I was going to switch to my real details so they matched my bank account when signing up giving me the best chance possible to get through MP. Will it not be risky uploading stealth documents today to try pass the MC011, and then switching to my real details a month later to pass MP?

Should I switch to my real details now and upload my real documents and try pass the MC011 this way?

Mostly likely going to lose the account either way but I'd like to go out fighting! Lol

Anyone swapped details before uploading for a MC011 and been successful?

Isit worth a shot or no hope?

Im in the same dilemma i got hit with a MC11 They want a bank statement with a certain transaction on it .But i also have to sighn up for MP payments

I would doubt they go back and re-review the mc011 after the fact. The monkeys they have checking docs now, aren't the same ones doing MP

I was thinking that too ..I should think a lot of people are going thru the same thing and may have sent there banks details years ago but now have to sign up to MP now

As the old saying goes, "first catch your hare..."
You most likely going to get suspended for good if you make any changes now. So get your account back first, then cross MP's hurdle when you get there.
