Help - Payments on hold?
 

Hi all,

I got the following email from ebay this morning, this account has been on managed payments for months. And is top rated.

Hello *******,

We are writing to notify you that your payouts have been temporarily placed on hold while we review some details. Please allow up to 5 days for this review to take place.

You will be notified if we require further information, should there be no further concerns, your payouts will be unblocked.

Please note this temporary block will not impact your regular operations(listings/selling).

Has anyone experienced something similar before and what was the outcome? Just worried as I have over £1k in the payments and they have stopped this from being paid out.

Yup, few times actually.

Once it's cleared you should have no more hold as long as you keep your activities consistent.

FYI no longer a hold on the account cleared after 24 hours.
