False accusation of Dropshipping

I was falsely accused of participating in dropshipping. All my items are hand made by me in my workshop. Have contacted ebay to appeal this flag, but was told I am a dropshipper and I should follow their rules.

Any advice on how to proceed? Or should I just forget this account with 30000 positive feedback and move onto the next one?

I'd keep pushing back while creating other backup accounts - never have all your eggs in one basket, as the saying goes

I have amazon and etsy accounts. Not even sure what to do. They are adamant I drop ship. Thinking of sending a physical letter with pictures of my workshop and the work being done. Not sure that would help in any way .

Re: False accusation of Dropshipping

1. Send in your tracking numbers showing the origin of items from your local post office - which should be in proximity with your address listed on eBay.

2. Send evidence that you own both stores on Amazon and etsy and that barr these shops, these items aren't available elsewhere, therefore impossible that you're dropshipping.

3. Send evidence of the purchase of materials used for your handmade items. Include photos of your messy desk mid-way during production. Evidence of purchase could be Bank statement, invoice and receipts. If you purchase your materials on eBay, use it as evidence.

4. Contact eBay and ask for an e-mail to send these to.

Make sure your evidence irrefutably substantiates your claims and that it is presented politely.
Also, make sure it makes for an easy read.

Finally, you may politely ask to note the outcome of the investigation to your account for future reference..

Good luck and I hope you come through.

Thank you for that. After contacting them 5 or 6 times I finally managed to get through to someone who suggested exactly same thing as you just did now. Getting all stuff together and will be forwarding it to them.
Thank you guys for your input it is greatly appreciated.

Lots of evidence and resilience should make someone listen to you at some point. In the meantime you just go with plan B which is creating another account.
