Adding payment method ''Add'' Button greyed out
Made a new ebay account, not stealth. Been up and running for about a week now, want to buy a handful of items first and get some feedback before starting to list again. When I try to add credit card to payment method the add button is still greyed out, all CC info is correct, all fields are complete, it wont allow me to click ADD.
UPDATE: I found out what the problem was, on my registered address I included my ''COUNTY'' but it was not updated on the payment info address, so I saw that the COUNTY was blank. After I included the COUNTY on the address then the ADD button went Blue and I was able to add the CC. So if this ever happens just click edit address and make sure the country and/or other info is filled in. It seems like when you update something on ebay it does not update it across the board. |
