Is it worth purchasing stealth business accounts this year
 

With Managed Payments rolling out

Is it worthwhile now to purchase a eBay £10k per month & PayPal package from anyone?

Also when are private sellers going to be pushed to Managed Payments

In eBay Managed Payment it did say that all Marketplace Sellers in U.K. will be enrolled on to Managed Payments in 2021

Any opinions?

Active discussions of MP always going on - while always "worth" it to purchase if your sales activity is good, only time will tell about the push to MP

It's always worthwhile having more accounts whether you create it yourself or buy them. Just leave a few dormant.

When I said “worth it”

I meant, let’s say I purchase a eBay £10k limit account with paypal

And after a month it gets hit with MP Request

That’s what I mean when I say is it worth it

Stealth is changing PayPal is going

It’s worthless purchasing a eBay + PayPal £10k / month account if in a couple of months it get hits with MP

RSOT, this is nothing new, account sellers getting offended but I’m here as customer asking genuine and fair questions

As for if it’s worth it that’s only really a choice you can make. You might get forced into manage payments after a couple of months or you might not it is at the moment impossible to know if you’re that worried about it just get/make a personal account

I’m on the personal account case

... By April / May I’ll probably begin slowly purchasing business accounts, 1 at a time (rather than bulk purchasing as usual) and see see how it goes

I purchased many accounts from this forum marketplace and all are received with ebay business accounts.

Are private accounts are better for selling ?

If so, I'll buy private as well.
