Hi
I want to open a new ebay account after being suspended - but using a different address etc, can I use my existing paypal account which was used on the suspended account and has already been verified, and just add a new email address, or do i have to start a brand new paypal account

Thanks everso for your reply

Have been doing ALOT of research over the last few weeks and have put most new things needed in place - the paypal/ebay link was abit vague on the forums/sites I've been reading so just wanted verification from the people that know.
