How to unlock promoted listings in UK

Hello,
does anyone know the exact condition to make promoted listings in UK?

I thought it is 3 month after first sale but i had some accs which can do it earlier.

I have been told by someone that it is after you pay your first invoice but it wasnt the case either.

Some of my accs have 200 feedback but only 2 month old. this does not unlock promoted listings either.

Is there a rule for that or is it random?

If you read the terms of the store subscription it states that every single store qualifies for promoted listings. As long as your metrics are good all you have to do is contact customer service tell them you paid for a subscription and they will manually unlock the feature

You need to have 2 invoices issued and paid +3 month after first sale.

Having a store has nothing to do with getting promoted listings.

A few of my accounts got it even just after 1 sale and 1 month.
