Hi,

I have a powerseller business on ebay with thousands of positives feedback and a great rating, however when i was younger i had an account that banned for shilly bidding and they have just connected it with my account now and they have also banned every other member f my familys accounts i have tried many times contacting ebay and pleaing with them to reinstate my account etc etc, but they just send me the old email saying your account will not be reinstated.

Can some one please hlp me on gettting my account reinstated my life earnings came from this account and all of my family are not very happy with me.

to recieve any help i would be highly greatfull.

they have sent an email saying wont be reinstated? so they havent said go through the reinstatement form process? or have you already completed that? ok that sounds bad, you must have been doing more than just a one-off shill, shilling is serious to them, ....

the family members thing, I think you should pursue that, sending evidence of id that they are seperate accounts....

Mind you, it is not a guarantee that you will get your family back on but a few threats to visit them in person etc may help you, plus try livehelp, a few times and call....

anyway sounds like youve tried all of that but if not, it may help....it is worth getting a powerseller account back....

So - you are here now, when you think you have reached the end of your pleading, and dont leave it too long, its time to start a new non-linked account.....

read up on how to do this eg, either a new user window or block LSO and cookies. New ips, new personal details and address or a variation of them....new bank/card/phone

keep reading, as its your job on the line it is very important not to be hasty...

Finally are these products so unique that ebay will see its you, regardless of what you do??

HI No the products are not unique they are computer parts,

I think it ay be best if i start a new linked account i have applied for a new bank acct

but i do not know anything about new user window or block?? LSO?? cookies?? And how would i change my ips?

Highly recommend to purchase The Stealth Book, read few times and than ask questions here on the forum if things still not clear. The book will explain how to open new accounts safely and keep them. It will save you a lot of time in searching the forum for answers and it will put tings in perspective for you, so you can get back to selling on Ebay with no fear. Good luck!

you meant NON linked right?

check your ip is dynamic, ie if it changes when you switch off pc and switch on again, check using ipburger

use firefox browser on another user window (under control panel - user accounts) this way you dont have to worry about cleaning cookies and LSO..

You need to read up a bit more..

i was in the same boat didnt have a clue about nothing buy the stealth through trial pay or its about $37 then ask questions after reading it things will make better sense to you then
