Using same Camera that was used on a banned account
 

I know there are a few threads about this, but its not clear if you can be linked if you delete all photos on camera and take new photos, or can only be linked from existing photos that you will re-use. Should I buy a new camera or as long as I delete all photos and take new photos I should be okay? Does ebay link you from the camera or the photos only?

only on the photos. You can actually just edit those photos in any tools and you should be fine using it again. NO need to buy a new camera. You can even use your phone, and use the image editors app.

Right on OP - use software like Batchpurifier to strip the photo info

I deleted all my photos from my stand alone camera. So I can take new photos and that wont link me? The photos will be fresh

Fresh photos should be fine - just clean them as well with software like Batchpurifier in advance of listing (just ultra-safety reason)

You can take a new photo. It will have a different hash so it's safe. If you're too paranoid, use this online EXIF purge or download one like this.
No need to purchase a new device or delete photos.

Re saving them on the PC that has the ebay shop on will give the details all looking the same :)

You can use a Snipping Tool to just screen shot the original pic, and upload that. There's no exif data then.

If you have Photoshop you can save photo's with no exif data.

Export - save for web.
