Listing Strategy On 5 year old account (per week items)
 

Hi, I have teamed up with a friend of mine and she's letting me use her account

The account is about 5-7 years old with 100 feedback (only buying)

We have changed account to business account and I logged on using a fresh ip. First 2 weeks I didnt list and now I am using the following listing strategy

Week 1 = List 1 item (BIN)
Week 2 = List 2 Items (BIN) (yes all BIN)
Week 3 = List 4 Items
Week 4 = List 6 Items
Week 5 = List 10 Items
Week 6 = List 24 Items
Week 7 = List 30 Items
Week 8 = List 40 Items
Week 9 = List 50 Items
Week 10 = List 60 Items
Week 11 = List 70 Items
Week 12 = List 85 Items
Week 13 = List 100 Items
Week 14 = List 125 Items
Week 15 = List 150 Items

SO:
1) Is this an okay amount of items or should I slow it down anywhere?
2) I was going to be selling (stock in hand) that sells between £2-£8 an item (listing the more expensive stuff as time goes on) - Is this okay?

3) Someone said to build the account up with DVD's etc for the first 6 week and aim for about 50 sales in this time. Should I do this or is my above method okay?
3a) If I should sell the DVD's for the first 6 weeks, say I am listing 1, 3, 5, 8, 12, 15, 20 items weekly - once I have sold the first 50 items, what do I then do on week 7? Start from 1 Item again or list my stock starting from 20 items weekly?

By the way, when I say list X items - This means the total number of items that can be sold
I.e - Week 5 = 10 items - maybe I add 3 items with stock of 3/3/4 etc (or add 5 to stock of an existing item and add one new listing with 5 stock

So its the total amount of stock listed

So week 5 I can only sell maximum 10 items, (plus any stock that has not been sold from weeks before)

why not just learn Stealth? Playing ebay safely is a fools game now because a few bad feedback could put your account with very little sales and secondly a random MC011 or MC013 can come out of anywhere no matter what you do. Just learn stealth, then you can easily churn and burn accounts. I was in the exact shoes as you, making legit accounts and selling slowly with friends and families details etc, but once i hit 3-4k i encounter problems with ebay MC011, bad feedback, selling limits, MC013 and paypal limitations.

if those are all done manually, i do not see any problem.
