PayPal linking effect eBay accounts

Can linked PayPal accounts cause a link between eBay’s ! If you logged into an old PayPal app with another PayPal’s login info can they be linked. Also more importantly will that effect either of the eBay’s each of them are connected to ?

PayPal will cause a link to other PayPal accounts but not to an associated eBay account.

That’s great am on MP. So I literally only use the PayPal s to pay the excess eBay fees
