Advice on the brexit situation please
 

Im an irish seller, business though i can switch to private if i want as my sales are not so high.

Ive always listed on .co.uk because the reach is far better than on .ie
However, now since the start of this year any sales going to the uk are being taxed by ebay.

Thus im not competitive in my target market anymore so i need some ideas.
I could switch to a different site, does anyone have suggestions for what would be the best non uk european site to try?

Otherwise i can try to .. would anybody know if I registered my address as NI and myself as private seller would i still need to be charging tax?

Today, I registered 6 British eBay business accounts, all of which were 10 sales. I don’t know why, it was 100,000 before

If you have the ability to register in NI that will remove the added tax issue.

If you are posting from the the republic you will need to add a CN22 to your package and, depending on the value, could make your buyer liable for duties

If you can post from NI you will avoid that

They legally can't force you to pay if you're registered to a NI address.
