Will this email lead to account suspension?
 

Hello everyone, I did not manage to pay the seller's commission and this morning I received a letter from ebay that they will try to write off the money again in 2-7 days. After that I went to the seller's center and changed the automatic payment method to another card and tried to pay the bill myself but the system throws the following error:
You have exceeded the maximum number of failed one-time payment attempts. Please try again later. {E72311-1100. Does this mean that I have lost my account? The initials of both the first card and the second are different from the initials of the ebay account holder

Hmm it might just be one of Ebay's many errors, you could maybe leave it for a day and then try it again? Sometimes I create a new account and Ebay won't let me add the Paypal account but then I log in a day later and it works again

I would wait a day or 2 and try again - could be a system glitch

Since after an unsuccessful attempt by ebay to withdraw money from the card, they will probably see the name on this card, and it is different from the account name. Who faced this? Did the account continue to work or is it banned after a while?

I meant that I paid for the seller's fees, the error went away by itself, but I am worried that the account will be suspended due to the fact that Ibei tried to write off the commission and was refused, I think he saw that the refusal was received from a card with a different name and surname (the card data does not match the data on ebay) I think that I have fallen into a trap and they will soon restrict my account, I will wait 7 days and I think this is a sufficient time to find out.
