hi i have paypal france account and it's been about 3 months i have limitation problem

Proof of address
Proof of identity

all of these appear to be approved but it tells me I need credit card verification
but I already have a credit card attached, it has been 3 months because of this ridiculous problem. I cannot use the account and I cannot speak french to call them. No mail support, no chat in the account

may be they cant verify your credit card,try adding another one

Should be able to call and reach and english agent though OP
