Proof of Fulfillment for laptop purchase
 

Can anyone give me a hint of what a Proof of Fulfillment looks like?

I just sent 850 from one paypal account to another, via goods/services and with a note saying "Laptop". The receiving account got immediately limited. They are asking for photo ID, and proof of fulfillment.

Question:

1. If I send them a picture of a receipt from the post office, will that suffice, or is this one of those cases where the account will be closed regardless of what I send them?

2. Anyone have a reference picture of a post office receipt?

A post office receipt is not proof of fulfilment; a tracking number is.
Tracking has to be live and show delivery.
I'd send a signed-for envelope to the recipient's address.

Leave it in the postbox so it does not show your location.
Postie will auto-sign it for you at the receiver's address, so no chance of it being refused. Don't leave a return address either.

If your account get's suspended. Open a case to get your funds back.

Hey, thanks for the detailed response, but I'm not actually in the UK at the moment and with travel restrictions it will be the case for a while...

Is there any way to create a proof of fulfillment of some sort?

I really just wanted to get £850 from account A to account B without sending it as a F&F/gift transaction.

Now account B is limited pending proof of fulfillment.

I still have the option of refunding the money back to account A.

I want to know if there is a decent chance of satisfying paypal, or should I just refund and abort?

Inbox me the name and address you want it to go to and I'll leave it in a postbox for you and provide you with tracking.

If you have privacy concerns, you can ask someone you know here in the UK to get it done.
