Strange promoted listings problem
 

Hi guys

I have a strange problem here. I can promote ebay.co.uk listings no problem at all but whenever I try to promote ebay.com listings it always says "there was a problem" and it doesn't promote them.

I can list and sell on ebay.com without any problems at all I just can't promote listings which I really need to do as this hugely helps with my sales.

Anyone ever get a similar problem?

I haven't contacted support as I don't want to draw any unnecessary attention to my account.

it's not just that...It was a random glitches all over everything between co.uk and com only a few months ago..now seems better but still..
Personally i wouldn't bother to try to contact anyone as u got NO CHANCE to solve it via cs ;)

I agree. Contacting eBay's CS via chat will get you nowhere.
Sounds like its either a glitch (most likely) of or perhaps you don't meet the requirements to be approved for promoted listings - at least not on the US site.

Just for better understanding, what's your sales history? Length of time and sales made?
