Hella all,

I am at a total loss here...when opening an account with entropay, how do you get a vcc in the name that you require,

As when u first open the account, the name on the card is the person who opened the account...is there any way you can get a card in another name with a different address...

go to account settings, and change address to match ebay. then allow a couple of days for it to settle, dont use card straight away...

Are you not making a second vcc these days,ommpappa? then get the name & addie to match paypal/ebay?

what about name changing, obviously you want the same name as on ebay...tia

havent made any new accounts in ages, and dont intend to as Ive got too many to cope with....

so its name as well now, ok thanks,...it never used to be, it went through with anything, in fact I used to number them instead of name at one point to keep a tally..

the thing about this forum is it teaches you how to KEEP accounts..

^^^ actually on another point, are they allowing (like they used to) a £10 load and then to disperse that to say 3 or 4 cards, I read a while back they wanted a £20 load per card or something.

because if thats the case, I think I will leave my remnants on there, in case I need to make more cards. It lets me transfer little bits about no problem between cards, I checked recently

However Ive not done a load in ages....in which case Id better not spend whats on there or it will be an unneccessary £20 load just for one piddley card - get back to me on it!! - Im out of touch with entropay, but thats a good thing cos it means I dont need it!!!!

you dont need a new name, use your real name address to open an entropay account or bank account paypal dont check names just your credit card address, just change it to your ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address a few days after registering and give it 24 hours to update and just use your ⊗⊗⊗⊗ made up name when you register for ebay and paypal

^^ Ive just checked, on my entropay it is still just a £10 minimum load.....

yes, about the name GB said it needed name match not just address....but it used to be just address..........

^^^Ive also checked on name issue - no I do not believe you need to match name to make card for it to go through, just address (and that has been disputed by some members, who changed nothing, and said avs want being used)

It used to be you didnt match name, and it still is...

BUT good reason to have correct name on card though is if limited and paypal require screenshot of your vcc account, you can send it.
