Obviously this is nowhere near as popular or common as in the USA & the success (or lack of) will depend on the case in terms of British Law.

In canada the no win no fee thing is not allowed in some provinces.

No, I dont need the basics, I know what its all about, what I need is a company that someone has used or knows about through friends family if possible....you hear of horror stories about companies that take it all and leave zero for claimant....few adverts on TV that say you keep 100% of compensation..just wanted someone who has been through it recently

and stop winking GB, its a genuine case with independant witnesses! I promised my elderly neighbour I would help her out - thats another story, I may put that in the everything else forum - how to stop your elderly neighbour constantly asking you to do things for them, especially when she has 3 kids???? Dont say poison...

is it for accidents or injuries? if so call national accident helpline they solved my case two years ago but can take up to a year or more due to legal stuff but depends on your injuries etc...
