Should you open an eBay business account from the start, as opposed to opening a personal account?

Benefit of opening business account

Free Royal Mail postage labels
Low selling fees
Terapeak is free to use
More appealing to buyers
Cheaper cost for eBay shops

Anymore?

For arguments sake if your selling below £500 a month is a business account a good option?

VAT registration would only apply once you reach a certain threshold

My understanding is Terapeak is free for business accounts

Usually i would recommend a business account but recently I have been using personal accounts because they aren't being harrassed about MP yet.

now the business account is also 10/750 limit

Free Royal Mail postage labels - that's got nothing to do with ebay. What printer do you have?
Low selling fees - Is it? I didn't think there was any difference in FVF and definitely not once we're all on MP?
Terapeak is free to use - would you really use it if you're only selling small amounts?
More appealing to buyers - probably, as it allows you to achieve Top Rated Seller.
Cheaper cost for eBay shops - Wrong. (does a private seller only selling small amounts need a shop with the new 'time away' feature)
