Creating eb stealth acc

Just a quick question

When creating new ebay pp steath acc,
Is this better to create on home broadband ISP (bt, sky, virgin media) etc etc
OR on mobile wifi (mobile wifi dongle with sim in) Mobile hotspot etc etc

If mobile wifi, then which network is best for ebay (EE, Vodafone, O2, etc etc),

As long as you can get a new IP both methods work just fine. As per mobile broadband I would avoid O2.

Vodafone has a wide variety of ip’s
O2 has been abused a lot
EE ip range very limited
Three ip changes every few mints when using

Hi

Just use a mobile wifi device, pop in a sim and off you go.
Whenever you want to reset the ip just switch it off and on.
