MC011 - Any point sending in docs?

Hi all,

Just want to ask if anyone has had any experience getting an account reinstated after an MC011 restriction?

It’s my real account with all the correct details. They are asking for proof of ID etc. Is there any chance of it passing or are they just looking to **** me over further in some way and no chance of reinstatement?

I was just selling random second hand stuff mostly audio related - nothing high risk. Feedback good, no cases open and then got the email today.
