PayPal Asking for me for Direct Debit Instruction - Please help
 

Hi PayPal Permanently limited my account and have been
Holding over £5,000 for the last 4 months.
But I have now received an email saying I can now withdraw
the money into a bank account.

- so I just added a NatWest bank account which is in my name..
Is a different name to the PayPal Stealth.

- but PayPal are now requiring me to
"Review and Print the Direct Debit Instruction"

I have to Print and sign a form and send it to PayPal Intl Ltd
In Richmond, London. WTF !!

Has anyone else done this? Does it work? Over £5,000
Is on the line here. Do I sign it with my real signature right?
Or do I sign the paper with my PayPal Stealth name?

Any information would be hugely appreciated 🙏

Clearly you need to sign it in the name on the mandate, send it in and see what happens.

As long as you haven't broke their AUP ( I don't believe that disbursing to an account in a different name does but I'm happy to be corrected) then hopefully they will release your monies.

Can you show a screenshot with any sensitive bits blacked out so we can see what they are asking for?
