paypal verification
 

Hi, have set up a new paypal account in my 'new personal details' however, I've got to the point of verifying the account and it asks to review and confirm my account details.

'It says we must confirm your identity before removing your limits'.

It then comes up with an error message when I click the confirm button -

what is going on ??, are they checking via electoral register or dates of birth etc. How do I get this stage confirmed ?

see the threads on UK forum recently, quite a few, not a good time to be making paypals, some have got through after several attempts, some still trying.......

im still having the exact same problem been trying for over a month now still no luck its either they are finding us out or its a really big technical error with paypal, since this is my second steath account i think its technical at least i hope so. good luck though.
