Paypal hold removal - Royal mail tracking
When i use royal mail 1st class signed for, as soon as the tracking says delivered, my funds are released. Does anyone know if it's the same for the regular royal mail 1st class? not signed for. I know the signed for has full tracking, and the regular one apparently only shows whether the item is delivered or an attempt has been made, my question is if paypal will still remove the hold from my funds if i use the regular royal mail 1st class instead of the signed for full tracking one? |
