Bank account and Entropay gift card

Hi there,
To create an eBay and Paypal account do i need to open a new bank account and buy a entropay gift card or do i just need to do one of these?

so if i want to create multiple ebay and paypal accounts i have to set up the same amount of bank accounts? Do you have to use a different bank account every time?
