old stealth account

Hi.
have a stealth account i sold things on from 2019.
unfortunately I did not pay the fees which are minimal and forgot about it.
having been banned in the past i have kept away from ebay.

question is, if i pay the fees, will they let me list?
i need to confirm my bank account with my paypal account ive used for over a year too.

I would suggest contacting them through live chat but I think they would probably allow that. I have done the same in the past.
