Payout hold... cleared?
 

Hi all, long time since I’ve logged on!

Just getting to grips with eBay’s new Managed Payments and have recently faced the “up to five days” review where my payouts were out on hold. Lord knows what they were actually reviewing. I just held my breath and waited.

Legit account with legit banking info, no stealth involved.

I logged in yesterday to find the dreaded red review banner has disappeared and have just received my most recent payout, yet I’ve no emails from eBay explaining what they reviewed or that I definitely passed. Did I pass? I would assume so, it’s just strange since I haven’t had a email confirming it, but I don’t want to poke the bear, you know?

Been through the same just the other day. Took less than 24 hours for everything to go back to normal.

My account was a stealth converted to real details at the sign up portal so I was brickin it thinking the account was toast as it would now be getting a closer look.

Like you I had no emails to say all was OK, just payouts as usual happening daily.

x3 account on hold, then reinstated, then back n' forth..
Not Using eBay ANYMORE. WASTED. sad.

What do you mean ? they reinstated and then permanently suspended it ?

Mine are still OK touch wood.

Yep, happened 3 times within a month. There some outstanding balance left to pay off which is unclear with their management payment system can't balance the amount. Returns on hold, sales paid not appearing on my payout page etc..
Complete incompetence n' mess by ebay. Not happy at all.
