Ebay MP Stealth ID and Accounts for sale?

Is there anyway of making the stealth ID for eBay Stealth accounts and is anyone selling these also anyone selling eBay MP accounts that will actually work with given ID?

Ive looked around on here but finding conflicting answers. :(

just use your real details and forget stealth , anybody offering you to buy a verified MP account will be a fraudster , you can buy an unverified one through

So that means stealth is no more? Have several accounts that are obviously under false deets. Now they are asking for ID to verify details I guess that’s the end of those accounts?
