Old account first sale..
 
Asking for managed payment to be setup? Is this true for all accounts now? Havent done one in a year, how strict are they?

It's definitely obligatory these days period. Treat your ebay account with care as its getting very hard to open up new accounts even with real details.

It's definitely obligatory these days as muzzie pointed out, period. Treat your ebay account with care as its getting very hard to open up new accounts even with real details.
