Is is the end for an account when managed payments ask for ID?

Stealth account in the sense I don't live at the address on the account (empty residential house where i work)

and DOB slightly amended

Submitted my passport with the DOB matching whats on ebay

I've put through £1500 ish on the account, then sold a £500 item which was held then released once delivered then they'd just removed the payout schedule

if he already uploaded a stealth ID it is too late , the account and the money will be gone
