Suspended - can I use same details with MP after moving house?
 

My old ebay account was suspended before managed payments, this was over a year ago. I didn't know about stealth back then and didn't make another account as I had a job. I tried to make a new account last week but it was suspended after listing a couple of items - nothing expensive, both preowned.

For my new account I used:
Same name, same address, real dob for managed payments, mobile data, new phone, new phone number. Got a surprisingly high limit of 500 items and £10k. The account was restricted after the first listing and I had to call ebay to have the restriction lifted. Then after buying a few things and listing the second item I got MC113 permanently suspended "your activity is a risk". Ebay support repeats the same old bs before ending the chat.

I will be moving to another place soon but it's in the same city. Can I use the same details and start over? Or will they link up the accounts by name and birth date?

Sometimes they would put a suspend on new accounts for no reason, you need call them and they will ask you upload documents.

No this is a permanent suspension. Documents won't work.

I don't know how UK accounts works now, my new China account was banned at 2nd day after I just sign up, it is MC013, then I called, and then I emailed, then they replied and ask me upload documents, I did, after few days, they said sorry balabla.... and banned me like forever, then I emailed and called, about one month time, I just got my new account back few day ago. So I think it is really normal that they ban new accounts in these days, you have to try and try.

These days, feels like you could set up eb stealth in completely new info (unlinked) but then MP is done in real info whether it's been used before or not...

IDK I think my real details are toast as my old account was banned by ebay before managed payments. Live chat always repeats the same old garbage before ending conversation. Do you have an email address to contact ebay? I will give that a try.

What you’re saying is not correct for Payoneer MP, cause the personal details in payoneer must match the personal details of eBay account
