Stealth Guide

Just back on the forum after some time away. 3 year old stealth account finally banned (linked address). Legit PayPal still OK for receipts from our own website.
Went to buy the updated stealth guide to bring me up-to-date with latest info, but when it came to making payment I got a big red Microsoft warning screen stating the site was not safe, and couldn't proceed even if I wanted to.
Any idea what's going on?
