Took my money after 180 days need advice
So paypals decided to take my money a month before it was meant to be released under policy violations which I have confirmed by calling them and discovered the exact reason why this decision was made. I had the disputes manager raise the issue to the head office and open a ticket saying I wish to resolve this amicably by presenting evidence on why the violation is incorrect and stating that if they do not wish to resolve it that way then I shall take it to court which they will probably laugh off since they do not care.
I have very very good evidence of the products and video evidence of the products being sent in the state they were exactly described in and do believe I could present a very good case for myself. Of course with the help of an attorney if need be. It's not a small amount, close to the 5 figure mark. I'm willing to spend if its means recouping my money but would rather try for one of those free attorneys from citizens advice if they are any good.
The one problem I have is that this account was created under a family member so I'm assuming they will have to go in court, I have full access to the account but can of course give them all the information to present in court. If it's an online court maybe I can get with it, not sure.
If I get no reply from the head office which the assistant said it would take 5 days do I take this to a small claims court and talk to citizens advice? Look forward to hearing some advice and hopefully some success stories of people that have managed to recoup their money this way
Thanks in advance
