Replacement for soho66 maybe needed incoming calls

I have always used Soho66 to generate land line phone numbers that divert to my mobile with a voice announcement that lets me know who the call is for so I can answer the phone correctly. For some reason recently when I request a call from amazon to a soho 66 number the call is dropped by amazon before completing the dial. Tested with a burner phone and new sim and the amazon makes and connects the call so I know the issue must be with soho66. Are you aware of any other companies that can supply phone numbers that can divert to a personal phone- It would be great to also have a company that can issues SMS texts the same way for all those pescy 2factor authorisation texts.

Need both to be fair-
Voice calls that can divert to my mobile and mobile to receive SMS messages for 2step authorization ect
